I was a little apprehensive about my visit as I thought it was going to hurt putting things down my penis but I had a chat beforehand about what was going to happen.

Sharon has just visited to change my urinary super pubic catheter. The job was done without fuss, very cleanly and was without pain.
Sharon was very professional and clearly experienced.
I would highly recommend her for professional patient care at any time.

Sharon is a fantastic Nurse, she is so cheerful and friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the second you meet her. I was nervous when I had to start self catheterising but Sharon Taught me how to do it, it wasn’t embarrassing, she answered all of my questions, and I had the support I needed. When I have had recent issues, Sharon has made me feel listened too and understood and makes an effort to really help. I’m so Glad I have got Sharon for support

Sharon was absolutely fantastic with me considering I was petrified to do the catheter. Made me feel so comfortable and confident. An absolute amazing urology nurse specialist, cannot thank her enough for supporting me

I work in the HAMPSHIRE area as a Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist
I have been working in Urology since 1987 and have previously been a ward manager on a busy urology ward in Southampton.
I joined Fittleworth Medical in 2005 as a Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist and have now transitioned to Hollister. I offer FREE support to the NHS and my nursing colleagues an have an honorary contract with Southampton Hospital
My role includes holding Urology Clinics in Southampton and Lymington Hospitals. I visit patients at home to teach them self-catheterisation, I perform complicated catheter changes and complete full and independent urology assessments; including bladder scanning.
I work closely with Urology Specialist Nurse Practitioners, Consultant Urological Surgeons, General Practitioners and District Nurses. I have extensive knowledge of all urology products available and I have the freedom to make an independent choice based on individual needs.
